- Our Offer For The New York Times Company - A goodly portion is all in fun, but bullets 1 and 2 near the end are deadly bloody serious(ly a good idea for every newspaper.com to do. Yesterday.)
- New York Times (NYT) Running On Fumes - Wow. Just wow.
- Meme Agora: Code, Forrest, Code! - This is the first time I've seen the programming "zone" compared to sleep — it's a great analogy. "But they don't understand: it's only a 5 minute disruption. But his killer analogy? What if someone awoke you 4 or 5 times a night for just 5 minutes at a time? You'd have a terrible night's sleep."
- Designate - The easy way to make decisions - Oh crap. I'm out of a job now.
- BuzzMachine » Blog Archive » It is our fault - Hear! Hear! So it’s not their fault that they need to be supported at that level. But newsrooms are terribly inefficient and too many of their expenses were fueled by ego. We bear business responsibility."
- Seth’s Blog: Too small to fail - A _great_ post. How do we grow big, while still acting small…
- Typocalypse - a set on Flickr - I am a font nerd, hence I _love_ this.
- Teaching Online Journalism » You don’t own this corner anymore - I'm doing by best to make my newspaper still relevant in the online era, but a lot of this does ring true.
